Last month, Albino Mandujano Eutimio, a longtime Oxnard resident, was arrested by ICE while heading to retrieve equipment from a job site in Los Angeles. He is now being held at Desert View Annex in Adelanto and has his bond hearing tomorrow. A worker at Sinclair gas station provided surveillance footage of the arrest, where Albino had been a regular for years.

Mandujano built his life in Ventura County through honest labor in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties by power-washing shopping centers, cleaning restaurant windows, and removing graffiti, among other things. A close friend has launched a GoFundMe to help with legal fees and rent, but the road ahead will not be easy.

As protests intensify nationwide in response to heightened immigration enforcement, Mandujano’s case illustrates the personal and often invisible toll of ICE operations—disruptions that ripple through families, workplaces, and entire communities.

The voices heard in the video are those of Mandujano's family, reacting as they watch the surveillance footage of his arrest. They are raising money through Go Fund me.
