Musica Mexicana artist Jorge Morales, “El Jilguero,” will release his new single “Esta Navidad” on December 19. To celebrate the release, El Jilguero will be participating in Coffee Nutzz’s 12th Annual Coat Drive, giving back to the community and supporting families in need during the winter season.

El Jilguero is a singer-songwriter from Sinaloa whose career is deeply rooted in tradition yet he continues to evolve with today’s música Mexicana movement. He is signed to Prajin Parlay and Double P Records under the direction of George Prajin.

He most recently received recognition from the South Gate Chamber of Commerce. “A young man who came out of the streets of Los Angeles, from immigrant parents,” Morales said in his speech. “Who came to succeed and represent our culture, it’s a pleasure.”

He also told the youth to fight for their dreams.

His most recent album,“Yo Soy El Que Soy,” released in June of this year, is a declaration of identity and artistry, showcased through 14 tracks that blend norteño and tejano influences. El Jilguero’s artistry has earned him four times Platinum for “Gente del Cartel” and Platinum/Gold certifications for songs such as “La Melena,” “La Goma,” “Lo Que Me Das” and “Todo Es Playa.” He has over 321.2k monthly listeners on Spotify.

El Jilguero will perform at Coffee Nutzz, 119 E. Foothill Blvd, Rialto, CA 92376 on Thursday, December 19, from  3:00 p.m. to  5:00 p.m.
