
If you want to learn simple ways to eat better, drink smarter and stay active, you can attend this free event for you and your family.
Dance in Zumba class or enjoy some reggae music at the event while learning about healthier options to eat and drink.
There will also be kids' activities such as face painting, food and drink demonstrations, raffles, music and more. This event is presented by CalFresh Healthy Living.
Zumba class will be at 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
Food and drink demonstrations at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
A tribute to Bob Marley by the Vista School Student Band will perform at 11:30 a.m.
The event will take place on Thursday, May 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Central Avenue Farmers Market, 4301 S. Central Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90011 (Parking available on Central Avenue).
