Media Arts Santa Ana (MASA) is accepting submissions for artist, performer and resource booth proposals to participate in the 2026 OC Dia del Niño Festival.
OC Día del Niño is a family festival that offers live music, dance, engaging hands-on art activities, community resource booths and food trucks. Performances and workshops are provided by professional artists, local arts organizations, schools and community groups.
Additionally, the event features more than 25 interactive and engaging youth arts workshops in painting, music, dance, circus arts, clay, mask making, textiles, piñata making and more by talented artists.
Día del Niño/Day of the Child is a traditional family holiday celebrated in Mexico in April that honors children, celebrates their importance in society and promotes their well–being. The OC Día del Niño/Day of the Child Festival is a featured event of Arts Orange County’s annual Imagination Celebration, a month-long countywide festival of arts for families and children.
The free family festival will take place on Saturday, April 25, at the Hunt Library & Event Center in Fullerton. This is a paid opportunity for workshop artists and performers. There will be no fee for resource booths.
MASA has applications for workshop artists, performers and resource booths.
Examples of desired youth arts workshops include, but are not limited to: visual arts, music, dance, mask making, jewelry making, papier mache, printing, clay, puppets, poetry, paper art, anime, kite making, textiles, traditional arts, theatre and movement.
The deadline to submit is Saturday, February 22. Submit your proposal via the links above or visitwww.ocdiadelnino.orgfor more information. The OC Día Del Niño Festival is presented by Arts Orange County and Media Arts Santa Ana (MASA).
