CALÓ News staff cartoonist, illustrator and Chicano artist Lalo Alcaraz was at the Library of Congress with civic leader Dolores Huerta to urge our readers to donate to Lalo on CALÓ.
“All you vatos out there!” Huerta said in the video. “This is the place to be informed!”
