The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is almost two weeks away from showcasing top artist performances. The 23rd installment will highlight 21 Latino acts including Peso Pluma, J Balvin, Ice Spice, Bizarrap, Young Miko, Deftones, Carin Leon and other rising stars.
Latinos have been integral to the Coachella stage for years. Zack de la Rocha from Rage Against the Machine was the first Latino headliner at the inaugural fest in 1999. Since then, performances by Julieta Venegas, Calle 13, Café Tacvba, Rico Nasty and many others have graced the desert stage. Last year, Puerto Rican sensation Bad Bunny made headlines as the first Spanish language artist to headline the festival.
The festival spans two weekends, April 12 through 14 and April 19 through 21, at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, attracting approximately 125,000 attendees daily. Last month, Lana Del Rey, Tyler, the Creator, Doja Cat, and No Doubt were revealed as the 2024 headliners.

Peso Pluma is returning to the desert stage for his own spotlight performance. The corridos tumbados singer surprised Coachella crowds last year when he performed “Chanel” alongside Becky G. This month, Peso Pluma won his first Grammy for Best Música Mexicana Album with his third studio album "Genesis." Don’t miss his main stage performance on Friday, April 12th and 19th.
J Balvin will be performing at Coachella for the fourth time. The Colombian singer first wowed audiences in 2018 with “Mi Gente” alongside Beyoncé, followed by his own set in 2019 which featured covers of genre legends like Daddy Yankee and Wisin & Yandel. He returned in 2022 for another rendition of "Mi Gente" alongside Karol G. Fans can witness his fourth performance on Sunday, April 14th and 21st.
Ice Spice, the Nigerian-Dominican rapper from the Bronx, New York, will make her Coachella debut this year after her remix of PinkPantheress' "Boy's a Liar Pt. 2" hit No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. She was honored at the MTV Video Music Awards for Best New Artist and received four Grammy nominations, including Best New Artist. Catch the "Barbie World" rapper on Saturday, April 13th and 20th.
Bizarrap, the Argentinian producer known for collaborations with popular artists including Shakira, Residente and Peso Pluma, will bring his electrifying live DJ set to Coachella, promising EDM, Latin trap, and rap vibes. Don’t miss the Latin Grammy winner’s performance on Friday, April 12th and 19th.
Young Miko makes her Coachella debut after a year of sold-out shows on her Trap Kitty tour and standout performances with Karol G and Bad Bunny. The Puerto Rican trap sensation gained recognition for features in tracks like “Classy 101” with Feid and “Chulo Pt. 2” with Bad Gyal and Tokischa, earning her Billboard’s 2023 Latin Rookie of the Year title. Catch her on Friday, April 12th and 19th.

Deftones, led by frontman Chino Moreno, are one of the few alternative metal bands on the bill. Since forming the band in Sacramento in 1988, the band has pushed the boundaries of the rock genre. The band won their first Grammy in 2022 for Best Remixed Recording of "Passenger," the Mike Shinoda remix. Catch them live on Friday, April 12th and 19th.
Carin León, the Mexican folk singer, will showcase the genre's global influence at Coachella. Hailing from Hermosillo, Mexico, this Latin Grammy winner has redefined Mexican regional through experimental collaborations with artists like Maluma and C. Tangana. Grab your cowboy boots for his performance on Sunday, April 14th and 21st.
Cimafunkis set to electrify Coachella with his fusion of funk, soul and Afro-Cuban beats. The Grammy-nominated singer is redefining contemporary Cuban music with his dynamic stage presence and incorporation of social commentary. Don't miss his vibrant set on Friday, April 12th and 19th.
Santa Fe Klan will deliver his unique blend of Mexican rap and hip hop to the Coachella stage. The 24-year-old from Guanajuato has collaborated with Grupo Firme, Snoop Dogg and Los Ángeles Azules. Catch his performance on Saturday, April 13th and 20th.
Kevin Kaarl will bring intimate folk ballads to the Coachella valley by way of Chihuahua, Mexico. The 23-year-old indie star, recognized by Billboard for his impactful contributions to music in 2023 with standout tracks like "Vámonos a Marte" and "San Lucas," will perform on Saturday, April 13th and 20th.
Girl Ultra will add her sultry touch to the desert festival. The 28-year-old from Mexico City is elevating the R&B genre with her Spanish lyricism, guaranteed to captivate crowds on Saturday, April 13th and 20th.
Ludmilla will turn up the Brazilian funk vibes at Coachella. The "Falta de Mim" singer has collaborated with Nicky Jam, Snoop Dogg, Skrillex, and others, ensuring a show-stopping performance on Sunday, April 14th and 21st.
Latin Mafia have outgrown their Mexico City venues and transitioned to a larger international stage. The trio has self-promoted and cultivated their indie, R&B and reggaeton hits into a organic and thriving fan base, so tune in on Sunday, April 14th and 21st.
Hermanos Gutierrez, the Ecuadorian-Swiss brother duo, will present their cool guitar western melodies to Coachella on Sunday, April 14th and 21st.
Khruangbin, the Houston psychedelic rock band, will transport their Texas ambiance to Coachella once again on Sunday, April 14th and 21st.
Late Night Drive Home is bringing their popular indie hits from El Paso, Texas for their Coachella debut on Friday, April 12 and 19.
Maz, the Brazilian DJ and producer, will spin his popular Brazilian Afro House music on Saturday April 13 and 20.
Narrow Head, the alternative metal rock band from Dallas, will add alt grunge sound to the Coachella stage on Friday, April 12th and 19th.
The Red Pears indie trio from El Monte, Calif. will be taking the stage at Coachella on Saturday, April 13th and 20th.
Son Rompe Pera, the marimba-rocking cumbia quintet from the outskirts of Mexico City, will get Coachella fans up and moving on Friday, April 12 and 19th.
Eddie Zuko, the rising Chicano singer renowned for his viral hit “Still,” is set to bring his unique blend of reggae and hip-hop to the Coachella stage on Sunday, April 14th and 21st.
