Are you a teenager who is into music and songwriting? Every Tuesday in March, Chicxs Rockerxs South East Los Angeles & Latino Equality Alliance will be presenting songwriting and synthesis workshops with Neyva.
This workshop encourages the youth to feel empowered by writing and composing their own music while exploring their artistic identity. With Neyva's guidance, each participant will discover the power of their unique voice and the potential impact it can have. Neyva is an artist, musician, producer and educator from the SELA area who strives to innovate music with their eclectic sound and vision.

Participants must bring a computer or tablet to the workshops to access BandLab. If you do not have a computer or tablet to use during the workshop, MiSELA can provide you with one. Also they will reach out to individuals to confirm participation. Workshop is open to trans and gender expansive youth and girls ages 8-17 and must turn in an application here.
