Fascist Barbie Kristi Noem clearly lied repeatedly through her giant hat in the aftermath of the murder by ICE/CBP agent Jonathan Ross of Minnesota resident Renee Good. As the old saying goes, Noem is "all hat, no cattle." Or brains. Or honesty.
