40 years in the making as México marks its first World Cup knockout victory in a 2-0 win against Ecuador.

Now, they move on to face England at the historic Estadio Azteca in Mexico City on July 11. And here at home, fans can still join the next game at Plaza México’s watch party, ‘Golazo Fest’ for the highly anticipated matchup.

At previous watch parties at Plaza México, nearly 5,000 fans have gathered to cheer for their favorite team and enjoy live music, photo opportunities and great food.

The setup for the match will begin at 12:00 p.m. at Plaza México in Lynwood, with the programming at the matchup beginning at 4:00 p.m. on July 5.  The entrance and parking are free.

It is recommended that guests bring their own lawn chair for the event.
